Process Parameters
Static curing time: 2.5 – 3 hours
Aluminium paste premix ratio with water: 1:10
High-speed agitation after adding aluminium paste: approx. 90 seconds

Slurry: 2000 kg
Cement: 300 – 330 kg
Lime: 230 – 270 kg
Aluminium paste JH 7015 + 7030 (60:40): 2.0 – 2.3 kg

Cement: 70 – 80 kg
Lime: 50 – 65 kg
