Test procedure of VMP aerosol paints
Usage Procedure for VMP aerosol paints:
First, mix the resin diluent at high speed (500-1000rpm) until full uniformly.
Then add the VMP silver pigment paste slowly and stirring at low speed (300-600 rpm) to avoid damaging the structure of silver aluminum flake and reducing the mirror reflection effect.
And Filter the mixture through a prepared spray paint filter (300-400 mesh) to ensure it is free of impurities before spraying.
Precautions:
1. Pay attention to the viscosity of the spray formula. Too high a viscosity will result in orange peel texture, while too low a viscosity will cause sagging.
2. The reason of Hazy surface in low-gloss is either may be due to rapid solvent evaporation or an unclean substrate.
3. Have pinholes and craters in the coating surface may be due to an unclean substrate, rapid solvent evaporation, or have water in the spray gun.
