pelletized aluminium pigment was made by aluminium powder , chemical and carrier , normally carrier is wax , we have two shape of aluminium pellets , one is silver dollars , one is corn flake , the particle size we have from 5um -200um , the thickness 0.1-2um , the solid at 80%, when you use our aluminium pallets to the plastic , can be resist over 280degree for 5minutes . some grade can be resit over 300degree .

usage of pelletized aluminium pigment
add direclty to the plastic particle to stri evenly , pump particle , in the case of ensuring sufficient dispersion , it is recommended to use side feeding to reduce the damage to the flow marks , it is not recommended to direclty add injection molding , which may lead to uneven dyeing and insufficient dispersion .

because of the physical of this series is special , so please avoid shearing with high speed and reusing during the process .

to get a pellet size about 1.8x8mm by extrusion , it is main properties excellent dispersity, hiding powder in plastics pollution free, low-dusting lowe odor,perfect stabiliy and universality
