Resin coated aluminium paste
Resin coated aluminium paste, based on general aluminium paste, then use polymer resin coating. This series has excellent resistance for acid and alkaline, chemical resistance.
Mainly used for automotive interior and exterior, home appliance, 3c label and printing.
suggest used way for aluminium paste.
Step 1. Ratio at 1:1.5 or 1:2 of aluminium pigment be pre dispersed in the solvent ( banana oil , Ester etc. )and the effect of adding wetting dispersant is better when it is pre-dipersed .
Step 2 . Use basic resin with acids according to ratio to mix uniform and disperse .
Step3. during mix aluminium pigment to disperse liquid, should ratate in low speed control at 300-500RPM , uniform and good disperse is important . so that can reach excellent effects .
