Eco-friendly aluminum pellets are incorporated in a relatively high dosage in the masterbatch and subsequently in a low dosage in the final plastics by injection moulding or extrusion. Besides polystyrene, other polymers, such as ABS, PVC, LDPE and PP are also used as carriers.

Eco-friendly aluminum pellets
This series of aluminum pellets are made by mixing aluminum paste and resin, which maintains the metallic effect of aluminum pigments and has good covering power and adhesion. Different from the traditional aluminum powder, the surface caused by dry grinding process is avoided. the aluminium pelltes is dust-free, which is safety and clean to use and transport. Compared with ordinary aluminium paste and aluminium powder, it doesn't problems such as solvent volatilization and incompatibility, and can be stored for a long time.
