1. Feed

1) It must be according accurate quantity put all materials , the sequence is should be first put solvent ,for after put solvent the grinding balls splash , can be put half solvent, then put grinding mills, then aluminium powder and others. During feed must have more than 2 person handing, guarantee tutelage , do not forget put solvent , if forget put solvent will be get explosion. when put raw materials should be remember close electrical, at start button place should be have person tutelage, should be put a label at workshop , have people working , do not allow switch on , for no accident happens .

2) Open and close mills door , should be use explode tools , this mills door should be put a safety place , preventive touch or hurt person .

3) The tank in workshop which one use for stock solvent it is should be as transit tank , only use for raw material feeding, use this tank solvent , other time not allowed stock solvent , it is for reduce danger in workshop , reduce danger matters happens , when feed solvent must have person take care , do not allow left during feed solvent .

4) when put aluminium powder should use fuels tools , handle gently , for prevent aluminium powder fly get explode.

5) when put acids , should be handle gently ,if the acids flying into eyes , should use clear waster washing .
