Atomozation aluminum powder

Atomization aluminum powder (aluminum granules) results from melting and thereafter spray drying (freezing) aluminum into small individual particles using a compressed gas to draw the metal through a nozzle.

Raw material :

Aluminum ingots as raw materials. The main types of raw materials, requirements and sources of supply are shown in Table 1.5. 

Recyle aluminum aslo can be used as raw material

Atomized Aluminum powder production process use aluminum ingots as raw material, became aluminum liquid after high temperature melting, the aluminum liquid will be atomized by the high temperature and pressure of atomizer nitrogen, forming a vacuum (venruri effect) in port the atomizer, the aluminum liquid will be draw out and crushed to small liquid beads with  nozzle, became aluminum powder after cooling, two bag filters will recycling aluminum powder. Recycled aluminum powder will packaged through three parallel centrifugal extension machines, one cyclone classifier machine and one bag filter recycled.
