Aluminium Paste for industrial coating

Aluminum silver paste has advantages with salt spray resistance, better surface covering power. Moreover, aluminum is very active and can be easily oxidized and passivated to form Al2O3, which is not easy to be eroded by acid-base fog, so as to protect the substrate. Third, the VOC of aluminum silver paste is controllable and can meet the standard of controlling VOC emission.

JIEHAN aluminum silver paste using high-purity nitrogen atomized aluminum powder as raw material. Low heavy metals contents , especially the iron content and other metals reacting with water. This will be protect the integrity of the paint film and reduce the possibility of erosion. 

The aluminum sheet edge is neat, uniform particle size distruibution and high density.  the aluminum paste has strong shear resistance and will not be broken and deformed by the shear force in the mixing process, so as to ensure the covering power to the greatest extent.

Non leafing aluminium paste

Non leafing aluminum paste has good water coverage ,excellent whiteness and brightness, it can be  effectively prevent corrosion of metal surface. 

we uses high purity aluminium powder, and import acids with mineral spirit as raw material. the Surface treatment with tidy solvent.

It is widely used for industry paint,  marine boat paint,  hammer paint, base paint ,anti -corrosive paint  ink etc.
