180gram water mix with 20gram aluminium padte the ph value should be keep 5-9 to be 200gram aluminium paint , stock to sealed can with 40degree to be 30days , or 50degree to be 7days . after stock to check the whole changed, the gas value should be less than 10ML .
2.suggest aluminium paste addition way
the first step : we recommend to pre disperse aluminium paste and cosolvent (ether , alcohol or deionized water ) in the proportion 1：15. or 1：2， and adding wetting dispersant which will have better effect in the pre dispersion process
the second step : put water basic resin with the acid according the ratio put to disperse can , mix uniform
the third step :in the state of stirring add the aluminium paste dispersing liquid into the water basic resin , stirring at lower speed . we are suggest speed at 300-500RPM , fully disperse the aluminium paste will achieve more satisfaction results .

the water basic normally stock is 3months , after open package , should be finished used ASAP . after make to aluminium paint should be finished used within 15days .
storage condition
avoid sunny , temperature less than 25degree .moisture least than 60 , after open package closed in time .
