Suggestion and precaution of Gold bronze powder
JIEHAN gold bronze powder have 3 shades, pale gold, rich gold and rich pale gold.
It has brillance and metellic effects, here are some precautions and suggestions for gold bronze powder.
Precautions
1. Resin and solvent
① The nitrocellulose and epoxy resins should be avoided. because both materials will chemically react with copper form jelly shaped.
② Avoid using alcohols and ketone solvents and lipid solvents with incomplete acidification.
③ Aromatic solvents and ester solvents help to completely wet the bronze powder particles to achieve full dispersion.
④ High-purity resins and solvents (low water content) should be used. If there is a few water, it is recommended to use molecular sieve remove water before adding bronze powder pigment.
2. Dispersion
① Add gold bronze powder firstly, then add 1:1 or 2:1 solvent to the bronze powder several times under slow stirring.
② Stirring under low shear for about 15 minutes to paste.
3. Storage
① Store in cool and ventilated warehouse.
② Keep away from fire and heat sources.
