suggest use way for aluminium pigment
the step 1.should be 1：1.5 or 1：2 ratio of aluminium pigment be predispersed in the solvent ( tianNA water , Ester ,ETC )and the effect of adding wetting dispersant is better when it is predipersed .
the step 2 . should be basic resin with acids according the ratio to mixer uniform and good disperse .
the step3.during mix aluminium pigment to disperse liquid , shoild be low speed control at 300-500RPM is better , uniform and good disperse is important . so that can reach excellent effects .
