Formula Adjustment Case for Streak Issues in Metal Balloons Using Waterborne Aluminum Paste

Our water basic aluminum paste is used for metal balloons. The balloon with feedback from client appears the lines as shown in the above picture. After understanding with client, we know that the content of raw rubber before vulcanization is 60%, and the content of latex after vulcanization is 58%. The client's formula is:
33% aluminum paste, 77% water, 65 grams of solution and 900 grams of latex (22 grams of aluminum paste and 43 grams of water).
The client originally used 60% solid aluminum paste. And our JH8600A is 75% solid content. It is suggested that the client adjust the formula as follows: vulcanized latex with 58% solid content, 900g latex, 52g aluminum paste and 208g water. After adjustment, the balloon made by the client is as below:
