1.JH8600A-70 is a type of metal powder specifically used for manufacturing metal balloons.

2. The appearance is in a wet powder paste form, packaged in iron drums, with each drum containing 25 kilograms.

3. Store it in shadow normally and make sure to close the lid.

4. The metal powder JH8600A-70 can’t be directly added to the latex. It must be pre-dispersed (diluted) with an adequate amount of water first. Only after the metal powder is completely diluted can it be added to the latex. It is recommended that the water-to-powder ratio during the dilution process be 1:4 (weight ratio of JH8600A-70 metal powder to water). For pre-dispersal and dilution, a stainless steel mixing tank and a frame-type propeller stirrer should be used. Do not use a dispersing disc or a handheld electric drill type stirrer to violently stir the dilution. Use a propeller-type stirrer for gentle stirring and dilution. The step of diluting the JH8600A-70 metal powder with water is of vital importance. Ensure that the JH8600A-70 metal powder is fully mixed and evenly distributed in the water, with no particles larger than 200 mesh as the standard. You can use a 200 mesh sieve for filtration and testing.

5. The minimum requirement for the water used for dilution is city tap water. Pure water is preferred, and well water should not be used.

6. The diluted JH8600A-70 metal powder can be used as a general color paste. The recommended addition ratio of the diluted metal powder in latex is 22.5% to 32.5%, depending on the quality requirements of the metal particles, especially the requirements for coverage (transparency).

7. When making balls with latex glue mixed with metal powder, it is essential to avoid particles larger than 200 mesh. Particles larger than 200 mesh are the primary cause of bubble formation, white spots, mirror-like appearance, streaks, and even gel clumping. The presence of particles can be detected by filtering with a 200 mesh sieve.

8. Generally speaking, when the solid content of the latex solution in the ball's latex tank is controlled within 45%, the bubbles can be effectively eliminated. It is not recommended to add any defoaming agents, dispersants, etc. to the latex.

9. It is not recommended to produce both regular color balloons and metallic balloons on the same balloon production line. This is detrimental to the full maturation of the metallic balloons, and is the fundamental cause of the external adhesion of the metallic balloons after a period of time. Metallic powder is a sheet-like pigment, and its water retention property is quite unique. Compared to other pigments, the water in the metallic balloons is more difficult to evaporate and be discharged. Sometimes, it is necessary to perform post-sulfurization (rolling) and heating to drain the water. Only when the water is completely evaporated can the balloons be solidified, and problems such as external adhesion and softening will not occur after a period of time.

10.  Clean production is of great significance. The glue lumps and impurities on the glue tank are also the primary cause of bubble formation.
