aluminium paste for AAC industry
what is AAC ?
AAC is light weight concrete block , it is main made by sand cement gypsum aluminium paste .
it is main use for building industry .
during produce AAC always meet different question , how to solved it ?
一.collapse
main reason : aluminium paste gas very fast , the slurry thickening slowly , then get aluminium paste gas with slurry thick time not at the same time .
solved way : adjust slurry with water ratio , proper increase thickening , reducer pouring temperature , or control aluminium paste gas speed .
二 .embryoid body thickening speed regularly ,gas speed too fast .
main reason : pouring temperature too higher , excessive usage of aluminium paste .
solved way :reducer pouring temperature , reducer aluminium paste usage (use pass approved aluminium paste )
三. gas is regularly ,embryoid thickening speed too slowly
main reason :slurry too rare ,lime or cement usage too less .
solved way :increase slurry thick , increase lime or cement .
四. Big bubble ， bubble was broken
Main reason : lime too much , embryoid insider temperature too high , the slurry four side too much water , pouring temperature too high ,the gas volume too big
solved way : reducer lime , increase slurry gravity , put some steady bubble agent , reducer pouring temperature .
五. aluminium paste gas process
main reason : too coarse size
solved way :change aluminium paste
六. not reach gas height
main reason :thickening time too fast ,embryonic can not regularly gas , the slurry too thickening .
solved way : reducer slurry gravity , reducer lime or cement usage , reducer pouring temperature .
七. regularly gas , embryonic quantity not enough
reason :total material not enough ,aluminium paste usage not enough
solved way : increase mate quantity , increase aluminium paste usage
八. embryonic Surface hard slowly
reason : water with slurry rate is bigger ,the dry slurry special at lime quantity not enough
